About HIIT

A 30 minute high intensity workout consisting of short bursts of all out effort for each exercise, followed by short periods of rest. Exercises will mostly be bodyweight but may incorporate dumbbell and kettlebell weights.

Suitable for anyone looking for a full body workout, improving endurance and helping weight loss.
