Our hybrid training sessions will offer structured routines, focussing on specific movements/muscle groups each week whilst offering support and guidance with form and technique. These moves will then form part of a wider workout routine to put them into practise and push you to your limits.
These sessions are aimed at anyone looking to try hybrid training, introduce new exercises into their routine, or wanting a little extra push in their existing plan.
